1. All items are made to order we aim to dispatch within 1-2 weeks
2. We ship world wide apart from Australia for some of the items as Australia as a strict bio-security so we are in the process of sorting it out
3. Ring take up to 10 day to make as they are made to order when you have select the size you would like it to be made in.
3. custom orders take up to 14-15 day or longer after we have talked and designed depending on what you had in mind.
5. All orders are shipped out the Monday so with this in mind if you place an order on Tuesday it will be shipped out the following Monday.
6. Discount codes that you might already have. can not be used while there is a discount code on the site ie seasonly codes or special occasion/hoildays and custom jewellery we have designed.
7. To be eligible you item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel a contract for goods ordered by telephone, mail order, email or fax, except for those goods which are made to order. When your Jewellery arrives, you have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason.
It is up to you to cover shipping costs we recommend using a signed for shipping service as we can only refund items when received
8. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reason
9. All items containing goods from Non-EU countries, irrespective of their value, are subject to customs charges.
The customs charges that have been applied to your item are generated off the declared value and postage that the sender/exporter provides. (So far this has only efftect southern Ireland that I Know of)
